MTH 20-93130 Union Pacific double door 50' box car adds a Premier freight car built for merchandise, paper, and other packaged loads. At nearly 15 inches in length, but still able to accommodate O-31 curves, this car is incredibly flexible despite its standard O size.
The double door body suits warehouse service and larger shipments that call for wider openings than a standard car. This one is unusual in that the doors are off center on the car.
Further, adding to the unique nature of this piece is the unusual paint scheme. Unlike most Union Pacific cars, this car is matte gray with yellow and red print. The maroon trim is particularly attractive on the spring-loaded trucks.
