David’s Trains ships model trains, train accessories, and related collectibles from Auburn, Washington, within the United States unless checkout states otherwise.

Most paid orders ship on the next business day after payment is received; orders placed after carrier cutoff, on weekends, or on postal holidays ship on the next available business day, although payment review, address problems, severe weather, carrier disruption, or special packing requirements may occasionally cause a delay.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, service, package size, and weight; orders may ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier, and tracking information is provided when available, but carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address; shipping damage must be reported within seven calendar days, with the item, carton, labels, packing materials, parts, and accessories retained for review, and local pickup is available only when offered at checkout or arranged directly with David’s Trains at davidstrainsandmore@gmail.com or (253) 256-2739.
