Thank you, Monroe!

We had a great time in Monroe, WA last weekend at the Monroe Train Show. It was an honor to attend this annual event benefiting 4-H. We cannot wait to return next year. Thank you for the amazing turnout.

It was a pleasure to see old friends and meet new ones (other companies might call those people "customers"). Everyone seemed to enjoy our Alien/Area 51/Space theme, which was so much fun to put together following a major collection acquisition of the items.

Many people think of 4-H as young people showing livestock for prizes, but it is so much more. It's the largest youth development organization in America, with focuses beyond Agriculture and food chain security, including STEM and Civic Engagement. You know, the same principles that built American railroading!

It was also an honor to thank both American and Canadian Veterans for their service. We are part way between Veteran's Day and Memorial Day, but they should be on our mind every day.

The next show is the Sunday after this in Spokane.
